Human Resource Personnel Manager Guidance to State Employee Mentor Leave Program
Human Resource and Personnel Managers of State agencies and/or departments, with employees who would like to participate in the Governors Mentoring Partnership (GMP) and the State Employee Mentor Leave Program (SEMLP) can review their bargaining units eligibility and verify mentoring agencies that are eligible to participate in the SEMLP program. CaliforniaVolunteers is responsible for identifying the mentoring agencies that are eligible to participate in the SEMLP program and post them on a mentoring agency directory. Mentoring agencies that are not posted on the directory may take a short survey and potentially become a SEMLP mentoring agency.
